We accept returns and exchanges within 12 days of purchase on all unworn jewelry except earrings. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping and processing charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Please note that you must return the jewelry in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Any faulty jewelry can be returned. Any non-faulty jewelry that is not in a condition suitable for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.
To keep its beauty do not swim, bathe or shower with it. Steam bath, salt water or humidity can degrade the enamel faster. Clean your jewelry with a damp towel and please use no chemicals on it.
Keep them safe in their suede pouch, and away from direct sunlight and heat. Handle them with care and their beauty will last for years. Treat it like the precious item it is!
