Returns
To return or exchange an item, please enter your request.
Please note that the following conditions must be met:
We accept returns within 15 days from delivery date.
If you shop during the holiday season (between Nov. 10-Jan. 10) you have a 40 day return policy.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or products purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return.
We're unable to accept returns on personalised items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
Returned items must be in perfect conditions: unworn and with no evident signs of being used.
Any faulty jewelry can be returned. Any non-faulty jewellery that is not in a condition suitable for resale will be sent back to you.
Returns
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Out of the EU, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You will be refunded in full minus all shipping charges. Please be aware that in the case of returning orders delivered with Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost to your country from your refund.
Warranty
Our Warranty
All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of your order’s delivery. The warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.
