Returns & exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please enter your request.
Please note that the following conditions must be met:
- We accept returns within 15 days from delivery date. If you shop during the holiday season (between Nov. 10-Jan. 10) you have a 40 day return policy.
- Returned items must be in perfect conditions: unworn and with no evident signs of being used.
- Any faulty jewelry can be returned. Any non-faulty jewelry that is not in a condition suitable for resale will be sent back to you.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Out of the EU, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- You will be refunded in full minus all shipping charges.
Please be aware that in the case of orders delivered with Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of your order’s delivery. The warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.
